Privacy Policy

Nutrixity is a card battle game made for kids and families. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you are a kid reading this: great job checking the privacy policy — and please read it together with a grown-up.

1. The short version

• No ads. No tracking for advertising. No selling of personal information. Ever.
• No open chat. Friend duels use five fixed cheers and nothing else.
• We collect only what the game needs: an email address, a display name, and game progress.
• Kids under 13 should use Nutrixity only with a parent or guardian's permission.
• You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time.

2. What we collect

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and a display name (or player tag). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Game progress. We save your decks, favorite cards, settings, solo battle results, duel history, ranking points, and per-deck statistics so they follow you across devices.

Friends and duels. If you use friend duels, we store your friend list, friend requests, room codes, match results, and reports or blocks you make. We also keep a short record of duel-invite emails you send, so nobody can use the feature to spam.

Guest play. If you play without an account, your progress stays in your own browser's storage on that device and never reaches our servers.

Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser type to deliver the game and keep it secure. We do not use this for advertising.

3. What we never collect

• We do not ask for real names, home addresses, phone numbers, or photos.
• We do not read private messages — there is no private messaging in Nutrixity.
• We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to anyone.

4. How we use information

• To run the game: saving progress, matching duels, and keeping the ranking ladder fair.
• To send account emails you ask for — login links, password resets, and duel invitations you choose to send — from our address at notify.nutrixity.com.
• To keep players safe: enforcing blocks, reviewing reports, and preventing misuse.

5. Kids and parents

Nutrixity is designed to be safe for children, and accounts are intended to be created with a parent or guardian's permission. We deliberately collect the minimum needed to play, and there is no way for strangers to contact a child through the game. Grown-ups can switch friend duels off at any time from the account's safety settings, which disables duel rooms, friend requests, and the leaderboard for that account.

If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Who we share with

We do not sell or rent personal information. The game is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which stores account and game data on our behalf, and account emails are sent through our email provider. These providers process data only to run Nutrixity and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. Duel room codes expire shortly after each match. If you delete your account, your profile, decks, duel history, ranking, and friend connections are removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep limited records.

8. Your choices

• Play as a guest — progress stays on your device only.
• Turn off friend duels — from the account safety settings.
• Block or report players — instantly, from any duel.
• Delete your account — contact us and we will remove your data.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, row-level access rules in our database, and invite-only duel rooms with expiring codes. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting young players is a core design goal of Nutrixity, not an afterthought.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, note it in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new policy.
