Welcome to Nutrixity! These terms are the rules of the Grove. By playing Nutrixity you agree to them. Kids: please read this with a parent or guardian — the grown-up is the one who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

1. What Nutrixity is

Nutrixity is a free, ad-free online card battle game featuring 30 food Characters and 10 magical Actions. You can battle the computer, invite friends to live duels, build decks, climb the ranking ladder, and follow the Legend of Nutrixity. The game also shares real nutrition facts for learning and fun — it is a game, not medical or dietary advice.

2. Accounts

• You can play as a guest, or create a free account to save progress across devices.
• Players under 13 may only use an account with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Choose a friendly display name and player tag. Names that are rude, mean, or pretend to be someone else may be changed or removed.

3. Playing fair and being kind

You agree that you will not:

• Bully, threaten, or try to upset other players, in duels or anywhere connected to the game.
• Try to bypass the fixed-cheer system to contact strangers or share personal information.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game's servers or other players' matches.
• Use duel invitations to spam or harass anyone.
• Share another person's personal information.

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, loss of duel privileges, or account removal. Players can report and block others at any time, and we review reports to keep the Grove friendly.

4. Friend duels and grown-up controls

Live duels are invite-only: you need a six-character room code from someone you know. Duel communication is limited to five fixed cheers. Parents and guardians can switch friend duels off entirely from the account's safety settings.

5. Our content

Nutrixity, its characters, artwork, story, music, and card designs belong to us. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them, or use them in your own products, without written permission. You keep ownership of your display name and any decks you name — but you give us permission to use them inside the game (for example, showing your deck name in your own duel history).

6. Free to play

Nutrixity is currently free, with no in-game purchases. If that ever changes, we will update these terms and make any changes clear before they take effect.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Nutrixity running, but the game is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates. We may add, change, or retire features over time. Ranking points, deck statistics, and battle history are part of the game and may be reset or adjusted if the game rules change or if cheating is detected.

8. Ending an account

You may stop playing or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, especially where player safety is involved.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nutrixity is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost progress after a connection failure, or disappointment from a tough battle). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we will change the date at the top. For important changes we will note them in the game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
